Marcia F has been developed as a low viscocity, extreme pressure neat oil, suited to a wide variety of applications, particularly involving ferrous alloys. Its low viscocity makes it particularly suited to high speed operations on ferrous feedstocks, but it is also suited to a number of deep hole drilling, tapping and honing applications. The low viscocity of Marcia F ensures excellent penetration and swarf flushing whilst the extreme pressure and lubricity additives help reduce tool wear and give improved surface finish. Note: Marcia F contains active sulphur and has the potential to stain yellow metals ie copper and its alloys.
very low viscocity, high ep loading, good workpiece visibility, active sulphur, anti-misting additives, low odour, excellent flushing characteristics.
