Returns & Exchanges 

At Oil Distributors we are committed to providing products. If for any reason there appears to be something wrong with your product, please contact us at sales@oildistributors.co.nz. When you do so, include your name, invoice number and a day-time telephone contact number.

The items need to be posted or couriered to us within 14 working days of you receiving them and be in their original condition and original packaging. A replacement product will be couriered to you when we receive the original product. The cost of getting the products back to us is your own, however we will cover the additional postage to send a replacement product to you.

It is possible that we will no longer have your requested product in stock. If this is the case we will exchange the product for another of your choice, of the same value, or refund your purchase (excluding postage).

 

What you need to do

Make sure you include your name, address, email address, invoice number, and a daytime contact telephone number.  Re-pack the product in their original packing material or any other sturdy wrapping material and return them via mail or courier.  Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement or a refund if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Once an item has been ordered on our website and payment has been processed and accepted, you are unable to cancel your order. 

 

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The consumer Guarantees Act sets out the minimum standard for goods sold by us. If the goods are not of good quality or are faulty, you the customer have the right to goods being repaired, replaced or the purchase price refunded.
